Enquiries
If you use the form or email us, we receive your name, email address, any company name you provide, and the contents of your message. We use this information to respond to you and follow up on your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us. If we go on to work together, we may also need the information to take steps towards or perform a contract.
The form sends your enquiry to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Our website is hosted by Microsoft Azure. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for marketing lists. We may share it with service providers who help run our website and email, subject to their data protection terms, or where the law requires us to do so.
How long we keep it
We normally keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete them. Where an enquiry leads to a client relationship or a dispute, we may keep relevant records longer to meet contractual or legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or erase your information, or object to or restrict how we use it, subject to applicable law. Email hello@bimodal.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
